We participated in the Westgrass 5K while in CO this summer.
Our training consisted of running up and down our driveway
as preparation for trail running at high altitude.
I have been running intervals of running and walking.
At this altitude I could not run a longer interval than 1 minute 45 seconds!!
It was a beautiful day for trail running.
Looking forward to running this event again next year!
