UTAH ADVENTURES (part one)

Spur of the moment planning turned out to be fortuitous!
Days before the water dried up we had planned a trip to
Moab, Utah to explore and hike Arches National Park.
Therefore, we were only at home for three
of the six days that there was no running water.

Before we arrived at the national park we explored nearby Fisher Towers.

This was an unexpected, but fun warm up hike!

Stay tuned for further Utah adventures . . .

OFF THE WATER GRID

What do you do when you do not have running water for six days??

Call well pump service man.

While waiting for service man
go in to town to buy bottled water and
use rain water in toilet tank so you can flush

Travel in to town to take a ten minute shower for $7.50!

Eventually leave town and go to Moab, Utah.
Explore Arches National Park and face your fear of heights.

Return after three days and still have no running water!

Service man to the rescue!
At eight o'clock at night he returns with a relay for the control box.
Eureka!
We have running water once a gain.

Stay tuned for death defying adventures in Moab!!
