I decided to share some of my Boot Camp 14 experiences with you.
I plan to post my 300 workout as soon as Gregg gets it edited.
We had to create our own 300 workout, which is six exercises  50 reps each exercise.  We had to include upper body, lower body & one ab (core) exercise.  We should be able to complete the workout in at least 20 minutes & not more than 60 minutes.
